Being a volunteer for BSA brought me the great pleasure of meeting Paul. I got to know him at various Downeast District functions, most especially in my capacity as a member of the DED Advancement Committee and often helping with the Training Committee which he chaired. There aren't enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe Paul. He was easy to like and work with; always a pleasure to be around. I will truly miss his winning smile and charming personality. Paul was a giver in every sense of the word. When Paul and my son, Harrison, were at the same scouting events, folks would often comment about "the two dudes with the awesome mustaches." Those comments always made both of them chuckle. Paul will be greatly missed; but fond memories will definitely keep him in our hearts.
