I will always be indebted to Beaumont for introducing me to the world of opera, from my first experience as a minor character in "Tales of Hoffmann" to my last, singing Pinkerton in "Butterfly." His amazing artistry and encyclopedic knowledge of operatic masterpieces was a treasure to all of us who worked with him on stage and in studio. He inspired so many careers and lives. I am grateful for his mentoring. We also proudly share a USNA connection, our son graduated in 2008. May our LORD bless and comfort Evangeline, Melody and the entire family.
