Hans, you were an amazing guy who had a heart of gold and such a great neighbor. The memories over the past 6 years I will cherish forever. There are plenty of them but one that has me laughing even now is when you had your explorer parked across the street and your alarm had gone off and me not knowing what to do texted you and you gave me the security code for your door so it would stop and it did that for 2 days and each time I went out and shut it off and I remember apologizing for messaging you so much and you said not to worry I was no bother :) but I will miss seeing you drive by waving,smiling and always stopping to talk and laugh with us. I remember how amazing you were when my daughter would play shy with you and chase kelden around the parking lot. We will miss you hans but the memories will keep you alive in our hearts and minds. Miss you so much buddy
