My dear friend you had a smile for everyone with a kind word as well. I remember the first time we met, you were dispatching and I was working my first over night in Rockport. Bill for me it was like looking to my second dad for approval in all that I did on the road. I soon took a job with the Sheriff's department and we worked many calls together, thank you for always being there no matter what the need was.
