My Uncle Donald and I have been e-mail buddies since October 2009 including his wife Audrey. All three of us kept in touch with each other and developed wonderful relationships. We build each other up when one is down. We encourage each other to build strong faith in God.

My Uncle Donald is a mighty prayer warrior, just like his wife. I thank God for their faithful prayers in time of need and hard times in my life.

My Uncle Donald's advice are helpful to me. His quotes of wisdom are my treasures that I can look back time and time again.

My Uncle Donald loves to talk about his Lord Jesus and eager to meet Him face to face. For example he said:

"We all aren't getting any younger, and each day put us that much closer to meeting Him face to face....am looking forward to it myself".

"Each day when I wake up, I think, "Lord, this is one day closer to meeting you face to face".

My Uncle Donald's words of comfort to me after my Dad's passing away....For example he wrote:

"...Jeff has run a great race and has crossed the finish line. And there will be a host of love ones greeting him now. We who are still here, will miss him greatly. However, the knowledge of him being with the Lord, will soon wipe away the tears. As the peace we now have and understanding that his pain is now gone...forever! ...We have to learn to be happy for Jeff and get past the sadness we feel for ourselves at having to say goodbye to a love one. It is easier to say than to do, and what I write to you, I feel for myself."

This letter you just read,...I  feel the same way for my Uncle Donald's passing away, too. He is now with my Dad in Heaven where Jesus lives. Donald graduated from his old  earthly life and now into a new body life that God had given him.

2nd Corinthians 5:8 "absent from the body and to be present with the Lord"
