I had many great memories that i can think of working with richie for the eight years that we worked together him with his stinking cigars. hearing the plectron go off and the shop would disapere off to a fire he would go with tom anderson, don anderson .In the early seventys the tractors became more complicated hydralicly because of advancements this brought many more problems Richie said why cant be more like the H &M tractors no problems my answer was because the never had hydralics that the new tractors so never did any thing so they didnt  break  new ones had far more functions. he was a wealth of knollage on the old stuff.many times in my later life when restoreing the many tractors i wished i had him around to ask questions.I hope i get to live as long as life as richie we will be missed Dave Blersch
