Your Aunt Marjorie must of been such a fun and interesting person to have around.I am so sorry for your loss and how comforting for her to have family by her side and in her home during her passing. No she did not know me but she and her husband James is a memory in my and my siblings childhood memories. We always would know when summer was here.Besides the obvious, that schools out.We lived on upper Limerock street and dailey we would hear the sound of their old yellow car (sorry I do not know what it was but it was like a model T ) which we kids would say to each other ,'Here comes the professor ! ) Of course we kds thought that the man was the profeesor. Many years later mother told us that they were both professors.Anyways back to my story .Their daily trip ended at the head of the street on old county road.Their car was parked for awhile.Swimming in the quarry.my brother said.I think he spied on them.Who ever was outside at the time of their riding by would wave and they would smile and wave back.It was so nice to see that they had moved back to Rockland fulltime.Rockland is so fortunate to have had James and Marjorie . The Professors will forever be alive in our memories.
