Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Daniel Allan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Admiration

Our town... our world has been fortunate to have such a wonderful man as Dan Allan in it. He is easily admired as a caring man that has done countless kind acts.... including plowing driveways (for the fun of it he said), helping people move, helping children in amazing ways both at school and in all over life, being the one who calls a parent up to share good things about their child and just to check how things are going all around. I first met him when we both were subbing in the district.  I admired his desire to finish college and become at teacher.  I remember teaching with him at St. George  and later at TGS.  My daughter was fortunate as all others to have him as a teacher. Yep... I was one of those plowed driveways. I loved all of his stories.  I could go on and on. You are missed, Dan. My thoughts and cares are with you Kay, Sara, Jess, Jeremy, Holly and the rest of his family.
