I would like to extend my sympathy to Mrs. Lie-Nielsen and the family. She probably won't remember me, but I was Lie's tenant in Rockport Harbor Villas in the late 70's. He was a fine man, a pleasure to do business with. They don't make many like him; he will be sorely missed.
