Story of Life

This is not a story as much as reminiscing of a life. I first remember John from a time when my father Frank Jr used to go into H H Crie Co and talk and talk. My brother and I ages 5 and 6 used to tag along. John ran the plumbing department but I doubt the talked about plumbing that much. They were good friends and talked about life. Later, as we grew up we were always in Cries getting something and John was there, always smiling and glad to see us and telling us stories of the ole days. Then he started Rapose TrueValue and we were in high school and he was always there smiling and telling stories of the ole days. The last time I saw him was in his daughters Mary's car and he was smiling, glad to see me and telling stories of the ole days. I will sure miss those stories and I will sure miss Johnny Rapose.
