OWLS HEAD - Jacob Anthony Philip, 5 months old, gained his angel wings, Tuesday, May 1, 2012 as a result of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
Jacob was welcomed into this world on November 23, 2011 by his parents Zachary A. Philip and Breanna L. Novicka, and his big sister, Raven J. McLeod.
Jacob brought an enormous amount of love and joy to his family during the short time they were blessed with him. His beautiful smile will continue in their hearts forever.
Jacob will be loved and remembered by his parents and sister; his grandparents, Amy Robinson of Owls Head, Linwood and Erika Shields of Warren, Marnie McMahan of Owls Head, Frederick Philip, Jr. of Rockland; his great-grandparents, Sherry Gamage, Peter Curtis both of Owls Head, Stanley and Bonnie Robinson of Rockland; aunts, Vanessa Novicka of Rockland, Amanda Novicka of Owls Head, Natalie Shields of Warren; uncle Peter Novicka of Tennessee; great-aunts and their families, Paulette Curtis of South Thomaston, Nickole Gamage of Owls Head, Pennie Gamage of Warren; and a great-uncle Craig Curtis and his family of Waldoboro.
A private commemoration of love will be held.
