Obituary for Kathryn S. Dinsmore

LINCOLNVILLE – Kathryn Small Dinsmore, 77, gained her angel wings, Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
Born in Rockland, November 3, 1942 she was the daughter of George, Sr. and Helen Searles Small.

For over 32 years, Kathryn worked as a Medical Technician at the Camden Nursing Home and Country Manor. She loved taking care of the residents.

She enjoyed watching her sons race at Unity and Wiscasset Raceways, watching NASCAR, thrift shop hunting and yard sales. She took great joy in knitting and crocheting for her grandchildren, going to craft sales and playing cards. Together with her husband she traveled to several NASCAR races around the country.

Kathryn is survived by her children, three daughters, Trina and her husband Bernard Leach, Billiejo Fogg and her companion Donald, Jamie Leathers and her husband Hal; her two sons, Bernard Dinsmore and his wife Jane, Shawn Dinsmore and his wife Lisa; nine grandchildren, Lacey Wilshire, Ethan Dinsmore, Willy Fogg, Nikki Philbrook, Logan Leach and his wife Erin, Megan Dinsmore, Macy Dinsmore, Kaycee Fogg, Tyler Dinsmore; seven great-grandchildren, Madison, Bryan, Benjamin, Gavin, Austin, Jackson and Ella; four siblings, Lorraine Bynaker, George Small, Jr., Ramona Bracy, and Cynthia Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband William Dinsmore; her parents, and her favorite aunt and uncle, Jennie and Ralph Demmons.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 12, 2020, at the Lower Cemetery, Heal Road, Lincolnville.
