Obituary for James Elwin "Jimi" Clark
CUSHING – On May 27, 2021, James Elwin Clark lost his battle with heart disease, shattering the heart of his adoring wife, Marcia Thurston Clark.
James and Marcia were married July 13, 1973 at 18, and danced, holding hands, for over 47 years. ‘We will walk strong together again, my love’.
James leaves a living, loving legacy of exceptional children and grandchildren, including, daughters, Stephanie Lee Davis and her husband Craig, Brandy Jo Clark and her wife Heather; son James Elwin Ray Clark; grandsons, Kyle Dinsmore, Ethan Keene; granddaughters, Autumn Dinsmore and her wife Taylor, and their ‘little Emma’, Jesi Keene and her wife Stephanie; great-grandson Grayson James Dinsmore; great-granddaughter Emma Lorraine Dinsmore; sister Leiella, a brother Richard; and several cousins.
James’ family has chosen to honor his request to leave this earth without ceremonies.
