Obituary for Helen Gertrude Post
SPRUCE HEAD — Helen Post passed away May 25. 2019, at the Knox Center for Long Term care.
She was born Aug. 14, 1922, to Ethel and Herman Payson. She grew up in Owls Head.
She married Edgar Post in June of 1943 and they made their home in Spruce Head.
She is survived by her husband of 76 years; two children, Ashley Post and his wife Diane, of Spruce Head, and Linda Post of Owls Head; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great- great-grandchildren. Per her wishes, there will be no service at this time.
