I had the privilege of knowing Catherine through her attendance and participation of Church services at Windward. Her laugh, support and grace in the midst of the challenges of her stroke, were inspiring, strengthening, and encouraging. She taught me through the written stories of her life that folks finding themselves in residential settings are yearning to tell their stories. They are so much more than patients, they, she, was a love and child of God and a vibrant part of her community there at Windward. I will miss this fine lady!
