Obituary for Beverly A. "Bev" Boivin

WARREN – Beverly A Boivin, 81, died unexpectedly, Wednesday January 1, 2020, at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport after a period of declining health.

Born in Damariscotta, she was the daughter of Ward M. and Murial Teirlila Ralph.

Beverly’s life revolved around her children & grandchildren. She spent her days caring for and loving the people around her; she was the type of woman that always put others before herself. She loved gardening, bird watching, having lunch at the St. George River Café, reading and writing. She also enjoyed volunteering at the local schools, attending sporting events for her grandchildren, and having coffee with her friends.

During her life, Beverly worked as a caregiver for many families and enjoyed her years as a homemaker. She also spent time working with local fishermen cleaning and restocking their boats.

She will be remembered for her selflessness, her big heart, and her ability to light up the room with her smile. Above all else, she loved her family fiercely.

Other than her parents, Beverly was predeceased by her son, Randy; sisters, Betty, Marion and Ethelyn, and her grandson Danny. She is survived by her son Robert McMahan of Owls Head; her daughters Tammy Grindle of Cushing and Linda Hartford of Owls Head; her grandchildren Donald and his girlfriend Caitlyn, Brooke and her boyfriend Nate, Hannah, Alan Jr., Erica and her husband Justin, Elena, Gabrielle, Tanya, Herbert, Stephen, and Devan, and her great grandchildren Nettle, Ivan, Sarah, Michael, Jasmyn, and Jeremy Jr.
