Leona babysat me when I was a little girl. Leona was a great Girl Scout leader and Camp Wampamee Day Camp Counselor for many years. Loved working with her. She also was supervisor of St. Peters Loaves and Fishes program once each month for the Methodist Church participation. I believe she also was instrumental in the Saturday baked bean suppers held for the needy. She will be sorely missed by those who knew her.
