Mrs. Ferraiolo had a certain charm that would light me up inside when I would see her. She knew how to make a person feel loved and warm. I enjoyed giving her compliments and her reactions were always different. My favorite was when I saw her out shopping with Vinny, I told her how nice she looked and she smiled, tipped her head back in a glamorous way and said, Of course. with a twinkle in her eye. Another time while visiting, Mrs. Ferraiolo wanted to go outside and enjoy the sunshine. As I was leaving she interlocked her arm in mine and, in her own gentle way, had me escort her outside to walk with her around the yard. I felt like I was in heaven from the warmth that overflowed me walking with her. A feeling I will never forget and will always be grateful for.
