Condolence: Mr. Cawley's loss to our world was a great one indeed. I had the honor to work for MBNA for 10 years, it was the best experience of my life. Although I've been away from the People of MBNA for 18 years, I still tell stories about our wonderful company and our fantastic Leader.

Mr. Cawley, you were such an inspiration to so many and will always be missed.

Condolence: Dear Cawley Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. There are too few visionaries in this world and Mr. Cawley was one of them. One of life lessons he taught me is words matter:
Customer Satisfaction not Customer Service
Customer Assistance not Collections
Education not Training
People not Employees
As a proud Person of MBNA for 18 years I feel no amount of words can express just how great a person Charles Cawley was.

With sincere heartfelt condolences,
Coleen Walls

Condolence: Charles Cawley was one of a rare breed... the "great man." His decision to bring MBNA to Maine transformed the mid-coast and Belfast in particular. The jobs, the good jobs, and the company generosity are beyond any ability to express our thanks enough. Charles Cawley and MBNA changed everything for the better. My condolences to the Cawley family and I do hope you are comforted by his lasting achievements.
