Condolences

Condolence From: Linda Porter
Condolence: In the last several months we got to know Bob. My husband Ed, and our dog Chunk would visit him regularly at Chase Point. We were saddened to hear of his passing when we visited last Saturday. He always had a stash of treats for Chunk and they became fast friends. It was wonderful to meet some of his family while we were there. Bob was always happy to greet us and with great humor he would wait for Chunk to "remind" him he was there...quietly looking at Bob with his "where is my treat" look, while hitting him with his giant paw. Last Saturday,(9/3) we were reminded of Chunk's affection for Bob while visiting a resident across the hall, he took it upon himself to leave the room and wait happily outside his door. While we can use words to express the sadness at the loss of a friend, Chunk's poignant behavior is a clear demonstration of his affection. Our deepest condolences to Bob's family and friends.
