Condolence: My condolences to the family and many friends of Joe.

In our early years he was my classmate, teammate, co-worker, and friend. Joe was excellent at being all of these.
He made life more enjoyable.

Condolence: So sorry to hear that Joe passed. He was such a wonderful person and I will miss him greatly at Garelick Farms. There was nothing he couldn't fix when it came to programming. We will be lost without him.

Condolence: To Joe's family I am very sorry for your loss.Joe was a good friend of my youth.I have never forgotten the time's we had in track and x-county.He was alway's way ahead of me.When he use to run around Owls head I use to ride my bike ahead of him so he could pace himself but some how he alway's passed me and said your going to slow.I still have the letter he wrote to me in the navy in 1969.Rest in peace my friend.Donnie Wiley
