Michael F. McMahon

Michael has been associated with us since first moving to Rockland in 1990 while on assignment with the U.S. Coast Guard.

After working as a Funeral Attendant until the summer of 1993, Michael continued his career with the Coast Guard and transferred out of state.

Retiring in 2001 after a 20 year military career, Michael returned to us full time and simultaneously began his Apprenticeship and enrolled for studies at the FINE Mortuary College.

Graduating Cum Laude in August of 2005 and meeting the requirements of the National and State of Maine Boards, he became fully licensed as a Funeral Practioner the same year.

Michael currently works full time for the Veterans Benefits Administration and resides in Rockland.

Michael is married to Patricia (Terrio) and they have two children together, a son Nathan who is serving in the U.S. Air Force and a daughter Emily who is a Junior in High School.

In his spare time Michael is an aviation and maritime history enthusiast. He is a Lieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol serving as his squadron’s Emergency Services Officer.

He and his family enjoy traveling and attend Littlefield Memorial Baptist Church.
